When I thought about doing something I had never done before, I wasn't thinking about locking my keys in the car with the car running while it was parked in front of my nephew's charter school, where he was waiting for me to pick him up.  Nor did I know that I was going to have a snatched moment while I waited for my husband to come rescue us.  While my nephew and and I waited in the warmth of the hallway, I was able to spend a little time observing murals painted on the walls.  A large gnarly tree reached to and across the ceiling.  It was made of carved styrofoam and painted to look like bark.  The murals were of children reading books "under" the tree.  More inspiration as I've been wanting to do murals.

I'm determined to write in my blog everyday,  to watch for unexpected snatched moments and try to do something I've never done, often, if not everyday.  Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!  maryedith
